Support Specialist

Richmond, British Columbia


We have an immediate opportunity for two part-time Support Specialists to join our team. We're looking for people who can provide an outstanding service experience to our online clients. Ideal candidates will have some experience with domain name registrations, DNS and web hosting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and email support to customers
  • Assist online customers in completing their purchases
  • Write and review customer knowledgebase articles
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Experience using a ticket support system
  • Familiarity with web hosting and domain name registration is an asset


  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday
